Welcome Medical Psychology Center Patients!

We are excited to announce that Medical Psychology Center of Beverly, MA has officially merged with Family Counseling Associates effective 4/19/2024. We look forward to continuing to provide mental health care to Medical Psychology Center’s existing patients.  

 Effective 4/19/2024: 

– Athena: You will now be using our electronic medical record platform called Athena. Please be aware that this will now be the primary source of contact to your provider. You may also reach them by calling the main office and dialing their extension. 

– Paperwork: You will need to complete all consents and necessary paperwork in Athena before your next appointment with your provider. If you are having trouble filling out the consents, please call and ask your provider for assistance. There are also resources to assist on the Patient Portal tab of our website.  

– Appointments: please schedule directly with your clinician for appointments either through the Athena portal or by calling the office and dialing their extension.   

– Payment Methods: Effective May 15th a valid credit card must be on file before your appointment. 

– Cancellation Policy: Please be aware of FCA’s 48-hour cancellation policy. You may view and read the policy here.  

– Telehealth Sessions: All telehealth appointments will be via Athena. You may find instructions on how to utilize Athena here.
