Alison Gould is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who provides individual, couples, and family counseling to adults with a wide array of presenting concerns. Her areas of interest and specialty include complex trauma, couples and family therapy, and relational work with a focus on communication and healthy boundaries. She utilizes a Person-Centered, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral approach to empower clients to achieve their goals. Alison offers a warm, collaborative, flexible, and strengths-based approach to therapy.

Alison received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy from William James College. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She also has certifications in trauma and grief counseling. Alison has clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and groups in residential, therapeutic school, home, and outpatient settings.
