Ryan Moylan, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor and has experience working with youth and families in a variety of treatment settings. Ryan obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, MA, followed by a Masters of Science in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. He has been trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and is a certified supervisor in MATCH-ADTC, a cognitive behavioral therapy program used for treating children with anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and disruptive conduct. Through this program he has provided supervision, consultation, and training for other clinicians while also providing treatment for clients. He particularly enjoys working with adolescents struggling with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, anger management, problematic sexual behaviors, and delinquency.

Ryan blends cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with family therapy techniques to help youth and their families repair relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflict cycles. He uses a strengths-based approach with clients to build on their existing skills and talents. Ryan focuses on education about mental health symptoms and empowers clients to manage their own problems independently. He enjoys helping clients learn how to think through their life’s challenges with new perspectives. Ryan believes that an open and trusting relationship is the most important factor in successful therapy. He strives to provide a supportive environment where all clients can feel safe and welcome regardless of their reason for seeking treatment.
